Nikki McLeary (Owner) is an Adventure & Human Performance Scientist based overseas for 17 years with a strong background in remote logistics and planning. Nikki holds an undergraduate degree in Sport & Health Sciences in addition to MSc Extreme Medicine (Distinction) from the University of Exeter Medical School. Rob Horne (Owner) has a strong background in the tourism and service industry having worked overseas for 35 years for leading UK tour operators as resort director prior to co-launching Livigno Snow Holidays. Based in Livigno during the winter season ensures guests have the best point of contact during their time in Livigno. What to expect from a Livigno Snow Holiday
We provide holidays at the most competitive costs, the highest level of service, and the most fun! We cater for beginners and families who appreciate our local knowledge and in-resort presence to seasoned skiers/boarders and groups who may prefer to travel more independently. A Livigno Snow Holiday is completely flexible and tailored for you, your friends and family.
Prior to your holiday you deal directly with owner Nikki at all times to ensure the booking process is a stress-free experience, in-resort owner Rob is on-hand to assist you from the moment you arrive in Livigno. Upon arrival we will either pick you up in our courtesy mini-bus if you come by snow-train/ski shuttle bus, or meet you at your accommodation if you come by private transfer.
Ski passes will be waiting at your accommodation (hand-delivered at no charge) so you don't waste a moment of your holiday. We have the most centrally located accommodation available based in the town centre or within a radius of 500 metres depending on your budget and preference (Livigno stretches over 13km but all our guests prefer to be where the action is!)
Once you have checked into your accommodation the next stop is the equipment hire centre (we only work with the most well-located and well-priced centres which have ski-in/ski-out storage included in the price).
On the first morning we have structured lessons for beginners to find their ski legs, coaching courses for guests wanting to take the next step to red runs and beyond, a range of exciting/leisurely ski safaris for those that like to explore, group skiing for young adults that want to blast around with their own age group, and the legendary Livigno Snow Ski Club for children aged 13 years and under who just basically want to rip around and have a massive amount of fun each day without parents slowing them down!
After the first day on the slopes we invite all our guests for canapés and a glass of bubbly in ‘Bivios’ which is Livigno’s most popular live music bar in the town centre, Rob will be there to answer any questions you have about the resort or possible après-ski activities and excursions. You might also want to book a scenic tour on snowmobiles before ticking into a delicious mountain feast.
