We are a family of 5 just back from Livigno which was our first family ski trip. Our experience was brilliant – Rob was there when we arrived with all we needed and proceeded to pick us up each day at the time we required. From sorting out the ski-ing lessons to getting us and the children where we needed to be each morning, it made the whole trip seem easy. We had great ski-ing with a variety of runs for different levels enhanced by lovely blue skies everyday. This was finished off with plenty of very reasonable options for dining out. Our final highlight was a visit to the local dairy farm which sold amazing Italian ice cream. Thank you Livigno Snow!

I would definitely recommend you to anyone planning a ski trip, especially if it is their first time on the snow. Our private transfers from Milan airport were right on time and Rob awaited us in Livigno to show us our chalet and to help with our ski hire and ski school arrangements. We stayed in Chalet 1816, which was very central and very well-equipped. It was a fantastic holiday and one we will remember for a very long time. We were most impressed with the quality of the food and service everywhere in Livigno. We did not have one bad meal or one bad glass of wine!

We would like to thank Nikki, Rob and Fabio for the most amazing holiday ever, This was my third year traveling to Livigno and my fiance's first.....what an impression you made on us..... what can we say about Livigno Snow.... 4 words "WOW, you are amazing!" I have always booked my trips directly and had organize everything myself... not being able to speak Italian made it difficult communicating with the locals when booking accommodation etc. And lets face it planning an overseas holiday can be quite stressful, but not this year. From the get go Livigno Snow organized our entire trip, no hassles, no headaches. Rob and Fabio welcomed us at the hotel upon arrival, showed us around town and took us for our ski and boot fitting. On our day of arrival our skipass, accommodation, transport, christmas lunch and all other activities had been arranged and all that was left for us to do is eat, drink, ski, sleep and repeat. Nikki even got up very early on our day of departure to wave us goodbye... We were thoroughly entertained throughout the week, welcome drinks, Christmas lunch with a DJ on top on the Mottolino mountain, Cake and hot chocolate after a morning ski session, the list goes on... we had a wonderful trip all thanks to Nikki, Rob and Fabio, You guys are amazing, We will definitely see you next year again and from here on out always book directly through Livigno Snow. I think I'm suffering from a serious bout of post-holiday blues..! It was our first- time skiing, such a great experience. Livigno is my favourite place to ski, and for me using the Livigno Snow Holidays team is the only way to get a winter holiday organised if you want everything to be 100%. Hi Nikki, thanks for organising a super holiday in Livigno for us. Having the ski-in ski-out kit hire right on the slopes was a life saver. I never gave it a second thought myself as I always skied with friends rather than the kids. It would have been a nightmare to carry the ski gear any further with the kids! And it was great to just leave it there overnight and get it in the morning. The owners in were seriously helpful. They helped put the kids boots on each day, put our skis back, looked after my sons meds and so on. Thank you!

Having spent a brilliant week with you and our biggest party to date (11 people including 2 complete novices) I can honestly say that Livigno has something to offer for all and I would not book with anybody else. This last December vacation was the second time in Livigno for our Hudson family. Once again we went with Livigno Snow Holidays. For us to do the same thing with the same group says volumes. We also encouraged five other families to join us – that says something too - that you can entrust a company enough to recommend them to your closest friends. There wasn’t the slightest glitch from the transfer in to the transfer out. From the lessons to every single après ski activity, every day, Nikki and Rob or one of their team were always there to check in on us, chat to us, give advice, answer questions, and laugh with us. This year, if at all possible, the organization and quality of the après ski activities even exceeded the fun we had last year. The addition of ice-skating and the fat bikes were a great hit with us. The welcome drinks and the organization of the mountain feast and New Years day lunch were such great fun because you put in so much personal effort. Thanks to Rob and Nikki who efficiently and gladly handled every little detail you don't want to be concerned with on holiday. 10 expectant South Africans arrived in Zürich and via a private shuttle drank in the most beautiful scenery. Livigno itself was just as beautiful in its own very unique way. Each street was lined with brightly lit Christmas lights, we were made to feel welcome from the get go, and the town of Livigno made every effort to provide their guests with the skiing holiday promised – and did they deliver! Christmas Day was a special time at Mottolino in a beautiful restaurant called Camanel di Planon providing a 360 degree view of the magnificent Alps. The roast Christmas lunch organised by Livigno Snow Holidays was incredible. Not only did we come away from this fantastic holiday feeling rested and rejuvenated, but we’d all learnt new skills. What a fabulous place, everything you need in one place, great wide pistes good blues, varied reds and challenging blacks (did not do them). We loved everything about the holiday, so much so we will be going back next year, can't wait. Excellent choice in the heart of Livigno! We spend one week in February 2015 in beautiful Livigno and stay in amazing Chalet Jessica. Big, big compliments to Nikki from Livignosnow.com who helped us select Chalet Jessica! Based on our family different needs. The location of the Chalet is very very good – The bus stop of the free skibus is right in front of the Chalet which is definitely a plus when travelling with 2 children (5 yrs and 4 yrs old) and a grand mother (87 yrs old). Also like the fact that the Chalet is walking distance to the center of town. The Chalet is of superior quality. The Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and have everything you need. The overall impression was of a clean and well-run chalet. This is definitely our new home for our yearly ski vacation in Livigno.

Thank you for the most wonderful holiday. As a family who has never been skiing before it was the most user-friendly skiing holiday possible (bearing in mind our youngest is 6 years old). From meeting us at our apartment on arrival, to organizing the transfers, to arranging the ski hire and meeting us there, to all the amazing activities you arranged - everything was perfect. Both of you (and Fabio) made everything so much fun with your fabulous humour. The Christmas lunch on top of the mountain was the most stunning venue in the world and the best Christmas party we have ever had. Thanks to Fabio for opening the dance floor! Livigno is beautiful, the people are welcoming and the skiing perfect for everyone - and all within easy access from the village. It is such a Christmasy place to be. We travelled Italy for a month in total and when we returned to South Africa I asked the family which the best part of their holiday was. Unanimous agreement: LIVIGNO!!!!

My family travelled to Livigno for the second time for 9 days. It was truly a magical experience and definitely the best family holiday around. Nikki and Rob were absolutely amazing. They were there from the moment we arrived and tended to our every need. Travelling and skiing with 3 children can be a stressful experience but not when you do it with Livigno Snow Holidays. They arranged every detail from ski passes, taking us to ski hire store, arranging welcome drinks, special trips out to Restaurant Agriturismo, snowmobiling, tobogganing on a 7km run, and taking care of our children at ski school everyday to put parent’s minds at ease knowing that our children were in safe hands. Nikki even took the time to ski with some of the mums. The kids loved the tubing and the ski instructors showing off their skills at the night show. Nikki & Rob also arranged a great race for all the kids and awarded them with medals at the end of their week (which is a huge highlight for them). I can’t rave enough about this amazing couple and their business. I would highly recommend any family wanting a trip of a lifetime (minus the stress) to make use of Livigno Snow Holidays. The only problem is… you keep wanting to go back! We are already planning our next trip.

We all had an absolutely awesome time! We wanted to say thank you for a very well planned and orchestrated holiday service. Everything ran like clockwork and all the extra effort to help us find accommodation for the extra nights was so very much appreciated! It was so easy, we arrived in Livigno and went off to the ski rental where the ski’s/boots were ready for us, the staff were all so friendly and efficient. We thank you ever so much for some lovely days in Livigno. And the hospitality and service you provided was special. We were stuck about 30 minutes from Livigno thanks to a hire car with summer tyres and with 15 cm of new snow. I called Rob at about 00:30 at night, waking him up (!) and asked him if he could help. In no time the Livigno Snow courtesy mini-bus arrived with Rob behind the wheel! This was fantastic. And next morning he picked us up and took us to the skiing centre to get us started. When we came back to our lodge in the afternoon our car was outside! Rob had hitch hiked back to the car and driven it to our lodge and left it there for us. We have never ever experienced such service and hospitality any place. Nicky and Rob also made sure our evenings became great. Lovely food and the slopes there were great. So we can easily recommend any one to go to Livigno as long as they do this through Nicky and Rob. Of course Livigno is great whatsoever, but they make it even better. Thanks from the Norwegians!

Along with the great spring skiing, we loved the Hotel Bucaneve - its generous and delicious food, fantastic service and comfortable rooms. We were delighted to see how well the twins learned how to ski with the wonderful Cristiano. A particular bonus was stopping for lunch on Lake Como both on the way up and and on the way back for delicious pizza right on the lake with stunning views! Nikki and Rob from www.LivignoSnow.com were tireless in their efforts to accommodate our group from when I first contacted them by email until our group boarded the coach back to the airport. I initially contacted Nikki about a group of 14 people but over time this rose to a group of 29 people and despite the level of organisation necessary for the success of the holiday, no issues arose. Nikki was always quick to reply to any requests and provide information for us. We were met by private coach at the airport on arrival and Nikki and Rob greeted us in resort as soon as we arrived and saw that we settled in to our chalets without any trouble. They then continued to maintain contact with us for the duration of our stay, organising our ski passes, hire and lessons without any trouble at all. We were able to contact Nikki with any queries as the week progressed and this led to us having an entirely hassle free trip.

On the Thursday of the week we were brought up to the top of Mottolino mountain by Nikki and Rob for a tobogganing ride and this was absolutely brilliant fun for everyone who took part and I would recommend it to everyone who visits. The skiing was excellent all week as was the weather. We enjoyed great food and cheap drink with plenty of bars, restaurants and après-ski haunts to keep us occupied all week. I would recommend the pub below Helvetia Hotel for great service from Claudio the manager. I would wholeheartedly recommend Nikki and Rob from www.LivignoSnow.com for your trip to Livigno. Their prices and service were second to none and we will most definitely be returning with their help.

Self-drive mobile homes

4 adults, 2 mobile homes and a lot of snow for March 2014! We always come the same week very year and every year we have the most amazing conditions and sunshine all day. We snowboarded from when the lifts opened until when the après-ski bars opened. We ate well, enjoyed some splendid wines, and met some lovely people. Nikki & Rob joined us on several nights out which were great fun taking us to local places we may have otherwise have missed. We drove past many French, German and Austrian resorts to reach Livigno – for us it is difficult to beat in terms of quality, price and service from Livigno Snow Holidays.

Twelve students and two staff members left British International school Phuket, under the warm starry night of the 12th February and headed for the snowy mountains of central Europe. BISP had decided to resurrect its once annual ski tour!

Two teachers accompanied 14 students to Livigno standing at 1816 meters (a beautiful contrast to the balmy conditions of Thailand). We were met by the director of 'LivignoSnow' who gave us a warm welcome and introduced us to our cosy rooms and snug ski boots.

Each morning started with a fully cooked breakfast followed by 4 hours ski/board lessons interspersed by lunch on the mountain with the instructors. The evenings brought a sumptuous 4 course meal of incredible variety. The educational value of the trip was not lost on the students who made giant strides in the right direction!

We discovered… the kids are safe and will come home when they are hungry; you must do après-ski for at least 60 minutes as the dancing loosens your muscles; Gluhwein & Jagertee can solve most problems; you must try a Bombardino, experience tobogganing, watch the ski instructors show, and say ‘Prego!’ at least once a day; don’t over-pack as you will live in your ski clothes… and enjoy the moment and appreciate how fortunate you are to be in the most beautiful environment spending quality time with friends and families. We made the trip to Livigno the week before Christmas 2013. As a nervous crew of beginners we did not know what we were headed for, but when Rob was there to greet us on arrival at the hotel everything ran like clock work from there. Livigno is a fantastic ski resort surrounded in an endless choice of great ski slopes for all levels of ability. The town is absolutely picturesque, the food is great and very reasonable, retail in town is fantastic and there are plenty bars to quench the thirst after a hard days skiing. Nikki and Rob made our trip effortless, they set us up with ski gear and ski lessons immediately on our first day with some excellent ski instructors Felicio and Franchesco. This holiday was thoroughly enjoyable and one that will be remembered forever in our family, and we have Nikki and Rob to thank for that.

The Hotel Pastorella was recommended to us. With several young children between two families the location was perfect, we were almost on the slopes and the pedestrian area is car-free so we had absolutely no safety issues. The hotel itself is excellent value for money and of a very high standard with an outstanding restaurant and extensive wine list. The staff, many of whom are family members, went out of their way to ensure we had everything we wanted. We pass many resorts driving to Livigno but guaranteed snow, good quality and good value will bring us back again next winter.

We stayed at a lovely chalet which was within walking distance to town and the slopes. Kids learnt to ski through Ski Centrale which was perfect. Aged 4 and 7 we were not sure what to expect but by the end of the 6 days they were able to do snow plough turns down a blue with us on the last day. Instructors were great. Lessons were 11 to 1 by which time the sun had warmed up and the days were perfect. Livigno is very reasonably priced from ski hire, lessons, eating out and prices in supermarkets.

We booked through LivignoSnow.com and Nikki and Rob were super in organsing everything for us from chalet, transfers, ski hire, lessons, lifts to the slopes every morning and a very fun snow mobile evening . We arrived, a group of 20 adults and 21 kids not knowing what to expect but we were overwhelmed by the quality of instructors and their ability to put the children at ease and create an environment of fun! All the children were in the Livigno Snow Ski Club for 5 days with 2 hours of instruction in the morning, lunch on the top of the mountain with their instructors plus Nikki & Rob followed by another 2 hours instruction in the afternoon. Their progress was amazing and after 4 days they could take on the most challenging slopes. As parents we had complete peace of mind knowing how well they were taken care of. This allowed us to learn to ski at our leisure… giving us plenty of time to enjoy our Bombardinos… now that is a holiday!

Team South Africa - What an incredible trip. 8 days in pure paradise. Well groomed, wide open slopes that were just perfect for once a year social skiers. A shopping Mecca to die for even for us South African's traveling on the extremely weak Rand. Hundreds of restaurants that offer 5 star meals, even on the slopes the food was amazing. Livigno was young and vibey with so much to do, you need at least 10 days to appreciate its beauty and all it has to offer. We will most definitely be back again. We enjoyed our holiday in the beautiful valley of Livigno. The hotel was just right for us, comfortable with very friendly staff, excellent bar and a huge choice of food. We particularly valued the personal attention on our arrival when you helped us get our ski passes and equipment hire sorted out so quickly. In comparison to other skiing holidays we found the general lack of queues and crowds very refreshing, the first few days were astonishingly cold up on the mountain but we were reasonably prepared for it and the mountain restaurants were very cosy, we all liked the vin brulee! This was our 4th visit to Livigno with LivignoSnow and as always we were looked after from the moment our taxi met us at Milan until dropping us off again a week later. Rob and Nikki are always on hand to make your visit run smoothly, from meeting you at the apartments to making sure you get the best possible ski hire and meeting you with your instructor to ensure you get the most from your time on the slopes with them. As always skiing with Rob was a great experience, his knowledge of the slopes ensures you go to places you would not venture on your own. He is also there with help and tips to improve your skiing technique. The apartments were superb and in a great location, we are a bit fussy, but could not find fault. We can't wait for our 5th visit in 2013.

Last year we 4 of us travelled to Livigno and this year we returned with 21! Nikki and Rob organised everything for us. All we had to do was make our way up the mountains and enjoy the fresh powder! The accommodation was excellent and close to the ski shop and lifts with the free bus stopping right outside our door. Livigno provides a wide variety of ski slopes with beginner slopes right through to advanced runs. It is packed with quality restaurants and the atmosphere is fantastic. We would definitely recommend using Livigno snow holidays and hope to be back again next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Livigno. The ski area is big enough to provide plenty of variety and the standard of piste grooming is excellent. We particularly liked the free bus service, and this combined with the ski and boot lockers at Mottolino meant that walking around the village in ski boots was banished. One of the high points of the trip was the snowmobile trip: a great experience and a great party afterwards. Our situation is such that the standard package holidays are of no interest to us: ski trips and, for that matter, any trips to Europe, have to be pretty much tailor-made. Your on-site service made it all possible. It is unusual but very nice to be able to reserve a holiday with a deposit and then pay the remainder only on arrival. We very much appreciated being met on arrival and being shown where everything was. Without having you to organize things for us, this holiday would never have happened.
